Cornerstone Consulting comes alongside non-profit organizations and businesses to provide leadership training and coaching, facilitate strategic planning, promote team development, navigate change, and journey through conflict resolution. Both coaching and consulting are instrumental and integral tools in these pursuits.

As an ICF-certified PCC coach, a Senior Certified Coach with Leadership Coaching Canada, a Professional Certified Coach with ICF, a Birkman International Certified Professional, and a Grip-Birkman Coach and Trainer, I am honoured to partner with people through coaching.  Coaching empowers others to lead from their transformation as they face their life, work, and ministry challenges and succeed.
