Over the last 25 years, I have worked in various roles, such as a pastor, leadership development consultant, business entrepreneur, educator, and denominational leader. During this time, I provided leadership training and coaching, facilitated strategic planning, promoted team development, navigated change, and journeyed through conflict resolution for numerous non-profit organizations, churches, and businesses. Coaching has been an essential tool in all of these pursuits. As a coach practitioner, I offer leadership coaching for individuals and groups.

My passion lies in helping people discover their true calling while pursuing their purpose. I am excited to embark on the journey of transformational coaching with you. In 2016, I co-founded Transformational Coaching, a unique approach to developing leaders that teaches spiritual formation and leadership development through coaching postures, skills, and mindsets. Empowering people through transformational coaching is beautiful. Seeing people step out boldly and courageously with God is amazing, and I feel privileged to coach people in this process.

I love working with individuals and non-profit organizations, empowering them with a deeper sense of their identity in Christ so they can live out of that identity on a mission with the Spirit. I aim to coach individuals to live from a Kingdom perspective, embracing and delighting in the journey together as one body, with Christ as our head. The first step in this process is knowing who God created us to be. I use the Grip-Birkman spiritual gifts and personality assessment as a tool to coach individuals into a greater awareness of themselves, their roles in the Body of Christ, and in their partnership with Jesus in His mission to the Father.

As a certified coach with PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Senior Certified Coach with Leadership Coaching Canada, a Birkman International Certified Professional, and a Grip-Birkman Coach and Trainer, it is my honour to collaborate with individuals through coaching.
